As standard, as part of our support packages, we utilise a remote monitoring system that keeps an eye on your system 24hrs a day, 7 days a week. It reports back to us every 15 minutes keeping us updated with the status of your system. What do we monitor? If a fault is detected we receive an automatic email and an alert on our support console. To compliment this we have a full suite of remote support options allowing us to directly connect to your system and attempt to resolve the issue.
