How does it work? How do I request support?

In the event of a problem arising, simply phone us and we'll direct you to our web site where you click on the link labelled "Live Support".  From there we'll give you a code to type in which will allow us to directly connect to your PC securely over the Internet.

Once connected we can take control of your PC as though we were sitting in front of it.  You can see at all times what we are doing and can end the connection at any time by simply clicking disconnect.  And - that's it!
