While our engineers are accessing your computer, you can see everything that they are doing, and you are free to stop the live connection at any time.

How do I request support?

In the event of a problem arising, simply phone us and we'll direct you to our web site where you click on the link labelled "Direct Live Support".  From there we'll give you a code to type in which will allow us to directly connect to your PC securely over the Internet.
